Sultan Describes Looting as Wickedness

Sultan Muhammad Sa’a Abubakar III, has described the recent looting and destructions of government and private assets by hoodlums as wickedness.

The Sultan who spoke at the 50th anniversary of Arewa House in Kaduna, however commended northern youths for exercising restrain adding that poverty should not be used as an excuse to plunder the nation’s assets.

He challenged northern leaders to work hard in creating a region that will project the vision of the late Premier, Sir Ahmadu Bello.

The daily trust newspaper gathered that hoodlums, who hijacked the EndSARS protest, had looted public and private property across the country with government and private warehouses their main targets.
